Whistler Quote of the Week

I think enough time has passed that I won't feel like a total jerk for posting this.

Background information: My boss is lactose intolerant, so he generally doesn't eat chocolate cake, or anything with milk chocolate in it.

Today the Whistler brought in brownies that he made last night. Of course he had to mention that he made them with Ghirardelli chocolate, but he had added in a lot of chocolate chips, I think they were Nestle milk chocolate chips. So he's been offering them to everyone, and our newest coworker walks in, and of course, "hey, there's probably three brownies left, better get one while you can!"

As he's eating the brownie, he has the following conversation with the Whistler.

Whistler: I thought about offering one to the boss, but I don't think he'd be able to eat it.
Other Employee: How come?
Whistler: There's an egg in there. He doesn't eat dairy.

I didn't know cows laid eggs.
