I don't understand

How a place can make people work 12+ hour days, six days a week, and after an accident tell people they need to "stay alert". Nobody is alert any more, they're all tired! I only work in the lab, and most of the time I get to sit down, and I'm still exhausted every day. I'm still in shock over the accident, and I didn't even see it happen. It's one of those things that happens other places, and in movies, not in your workplace.

WTB office job. PST.

The corporate bastards are imposing the very same standards of near slave labor on us that they do in their factories in third world countries.

They are working us to death and taking our benefits away faster than we can comprehend. They are ruling us with the fear of job loss.

They are working us to death and they don't care any more.

I went backwards through your posts - what on earth happened??? I'm glad you didn't see anything upsetting - some images burn into your brain and you don't want them there...

You're right, people get pooped and lose focus and accidents happen.

Employers should have some kind of recess or nap time for employees....like back in kindergarten.
