Older and Tireder

Yes, I know tireder is not a word.
I'm getting sick again. I've had a sore throat for two days, so the past two nights have been anything but restful. I swear, I'm not going to take vacation any more, if all that's going to happen is that I get sick!

Other than that, though, I had a nice weekend. Hubby got me some awesome presents for my birthday, and took me out to Olive Garden (which was absolutely delicious. Mezzaluna with shrimp = <3). Yesterday we all went over to my mom and dad's house for pizza, and they got me some new earrings and a knitting pattern book. I really need to work on that some more. I'm sort of getting the hang of it, but I need more practice. So far I've just been making little swatches to get used to knitting and purling. It's amazing how much measuring and stuff goes into actually making a sweater or some mittens or something.

WoW-wise, I didn't play as much this weekend as I thought I would. Friday I worked on Asara some, and finally got her "Love Fool" title. Then yesterday afternoon I played Saraabi some, and got her about halfway to 75. I wanted to get her all the way there, but I had to go to my parents' house, and I didn't play at all when we got back.

Hubby and I have started over on our Recruit-A-Friend characters. We decided to do a tank/healer combo, so I deleted my Warlock and rolled a Priest. Her name is Mezzaluna. :) I think they're level 12 or so now. Maybe we'll play them some tonight, though I still want to work on Saraabi as well. Hubby's got his resto druid sitting at 78, and he wants me to tank instances for him. So she needs some work yet.

Busy busy busy!! :)

And a belated Happy Valentine's Day to everyone!

So sorry to hear that you've been feeling sick - and on your birthday, too! That's just not right!

And as far as 'tireder' not being a word - to hecks with that! I'd say it's close enough to count as one!

I sure hope you get over it quickly!
It's rough being sick when you've got young'uns to take care of...
~~~Blessings~~~
It's not just the US who has it. It's rife in the Netherlands and over here in Britain as well.
*cough* *sniff* *wheeze*
You have my sympathies.
