Sleepy Postings

As usual, WoW stuff first!
We did raid BT last night. The bosses there were not so kind to me as the ones in Hyjal, but I did walk away with a Heart of Darkness and a new jewelcrafting pattern for my pally. So it wasn't a total loss! :D Naj'entus was the only one out of the six bosses that dropped anything hunter-ish, his Halberd of Desolation. That went to another hunter though, which was fine. I like dual-wielding.
Hubby and I left before the raid was over, as it was getting a bit late for us. Especially after staying up so late the night before! Still, six BT bosses in three and a half hours.. was epic. We one-shotted everyone except Shade, because someone talked to Akama before we had cleared the trash. I don't count that as an attempt though, because we didn't really try once it was obvious someone had started the event by accident. So that was two more bosses than hubby and I had ever seen downed in there, and that was nice. SI had attempted Bloodboil but never got him down, and I had never seen Reliquary of Souls at all before.
The raid leaders had a very efficient and easy to understand strategy for Bloodboil, and I think that made the difference. The strategy on Bosskillers had a line that people were supposed to cross back and forth when they got the Bloodboil debuff. These guys just tanked him in the water on the right side, and the three Bloodboil groups just went in and out of the water on the other side.
Reliquary of Souls.. was just weird-looking. It was amazingly simple, considering that it apparently was considered one of the more difficult encounters pre-patch. I don't know what it was that I expected, but a floating disembodied head made out of stone, with an angry face.. was not it. It actually looked kind of ridiculous.
RL stuffs..
The baby girl was sick yesterday. I felt so bad for hubby, all these pukey kids! I'm hoping that the two of us don't get hit with it. Time will tell though. Andy is back to school today finally. His tummy still hurt yesterday morning, so hubby kept him home one more day, just to make sure there was no more throwing up at school. Other than that, it's been business as usual! Hope everyone is having a great day :)
