Weird stuff.. and I've only been up for an hour and a half!

1. I followed a silver Tahoe for a couple of blocks this morning that had "SQT" on the license plate.
2. The morning show that was on my radio when I got in my car was supposedly talking to Bob Saget over the phone. He was saying things like he was going to "mount" people because his flight got screwed up.. and that just doesn't jive with the Danny Tanner image I grew up with. I had to change the station a few minutes into the interview, it made me that uncomfortable.
3. Thanks to Soapy, a fellow Friday's Feaster, I discovered the following information: "National Popcorn Day is celebrated at the end of January, although its exact date is a matter of debate. Various sources report it as January 19; others claim it takes place on whatever day the Super Bowl falls on. The Popcorn Board is often asked about the origins of this day; unfortunately, we do not know how or when this celebration began. Some other individual or organization (with obvious good taste) began this tradition.
The connection to the Super Bowl seems natural enough. It’s a highly regarded annual sporting competition pitting the top two national football teams against each other. Millions of viewers from around the globe hunker down with bowls of their favorite snack—popcorn—in heated anticipation of who will win the battle." (from Popcorn.org)

SQT-I got Skittles her license plate on Ebay, if you don't want to pay extra every year to have a personalized "official" license plate. It was like $20 or something, and they'll put anything on it that you want. I want to get one that says Nemesis for my car.. black letters with a green background. :)

Supposedly Bob Saget is one of the most obscene comedian there is. I've never actually seen him in anything other than family friendly shows and movies but that's what I've been hearing. You aren't the only one disturbed by it though.

I saw Bob Saget doing stand up on a show once and he was naughty. I thought it was hilarious that he is not the family friendly guy that you see on TV. BTW, Full House sucked! I cannot explain the total revulsion I had for that show.
The Farce of the Penguin will be on DVD soon and I guess Bob Saget wrote it. It is supposed to be an adult farce of the March of the Penguins.
