We Pluck It!

A coworker of mine was just asking me about tea, and it reminded me of this commercial. One of my favorites ever! (p.s. her question was, does all tea have caffeine in it, even if it doesn't list it as an ingredient? I didn't know.. do any of you?)

No. Not all tea has caffeine in it. But I don't remember what doesn't...LOL!

Real tea, not the decaf (which isn't really tea at all, but herbs) has many benefits that far outweigh any caffeine the tea may contain!!!
The antioxidants are proving to be very beneficial. Green tea is an excellent source and doctors recommend it!
I have Jasmine, Green Chai and Spicy Chai, Raspberry, and Ginger Peach in my cupboard right now. On cold days, when I've already had my quota of coffee, I reach for the tea. It's very comforting...

Herbal tea is supposed to be sans caffine. I remember when I worked as a waitress this was an important distinction. If it's labled "herbal" it should be caffine free.

BTW, I loooove Chai tea and Green tea lattes, though both have caffine.

Thanks to Sqt for answering that question. I was never sure either, and had thought that 'herbal' meant no caffeine, but no one could ever give me a definitive answer!

Good to know as I'm never sure what to drink late at night! :-)
