Busy weekend!
Last night I went over to my parents' house for dinner, so I got to see my niece for the first time in quite a while. She is getting so big! I don't have any pictures right now, I have to hook up the camera yet, but it's amazing how much she has grown since I saw her last. She's talking now, and learning to copy what people say. At dinner, everyone was getting her to say the names of other people, like Carrie and Emily. My dad tried to be a smart aleck, and asked her to say Czechoslovakia. What she said was pretty darned close, and we all got a big laugh out of that.
The other big chuckle of the night was when my brother asked me to do something that I hadn't done since elementary school. Billy had never seen it done, and I was laughing so hard at being embarrassed.. I didn't do such a good job. The idea is that you squish your cheeks together with the heels of your hands, and then talk. There are a couple of little stories that go with this. They start as "Hi, my name is Chubby. My mama's chubby, my daddy's chubby, and my brother's chubby!" You all are probably shaking your heads at me and wondering how I got so crazy by now :) Truth is, I have no idea, but that's me!

You weren't drinking when you were doing this were you? Bwahahah. Sounds like you all entertain yourself on a regular basis. Good for you. :)
There are certain things that happen like that that will stick with you forever! We have "inside jokes," too that would make other people look at us and think we escaped from the booby hatch!
