Not Cool!

If any of you out there have young boys like I do who love Thomas the Tank Engine, keep an eye on your son's toys! I just heard on the radio that they're recalling a bunch of the wooden trains because the paint on them has lead in it. Here is a link to the recall list of products, and it also includes a mailing address and a form to print to send along with the defective toy(s).

oh gosh! that is awful! how in the world could this happen today? when my kids were little the cribs had lead paint on them. we didn't know any better. but now we DO!!! thanks...

Thanks for the heads up! Mine's not really into Thomas...he likes Spidey and Mater from cars. But, that's good to know.

Hmmm...wonder if these are being put together in countries that don't have the strict rules like we do. Just like what happened with pet food.

I'll have to give my son a heads up on this one but I don't think that my grandson has any Thomas toys - he's more into Superheros than trains!
