Yep, you heard right!

It's my birthday! :) 29 years ago today I was brought into the world. Hard to imagine! I always start thinking about my life, and all the different choices I've made to get me to where I am today. It's been a journey already. Many good things happened, I was adopted, I won a couple of spelling bees, I graduated valedictorian of my high school class, I graduated from college, I got my own apartment, I got married, I had two beautiful children, and several promotions at work. Of course, with the good comes the bad, I've lost two grandparents, some very well-loved pets, I've had my heart broken once or twice, I've never met my birth mother. But at the end of the day, I'm still me, and still working every day to better myself and become more of who I was meant to be. I look forward each morning to the life I have yet stretching in front of me, and all the adventures I haven't had yet that are just waiting for me. Next year I'll be 30.. it hardly seems possible. I hope next year we'll all still be here, and I can look back through this blog and see where the road of my life has taken me on my way to my next birthday.
